CNC Mold Machining

CNC machining is used to produce mold cores, cavities and other precision components from the approved mold design.

EDM and Wire EDM

EDM supports complex cavity details, ribs and features that are difficult to machine directly. Wire EDM is used for accurate profiles and inserts.

Mold Assembly and Trials

After machining and fitting, the tool is assembled and tested. Trial results are reviewed against part appearance, dimensions and agreed project requirements.

CMM Inspection

CMM inspection helps verify critical mold components and molded-part dimensions against the approved drawings and inspection plan.

Injection Molding

Injection molding machines are used for mold trials, low-volume runs and production according to the material and process requirements of each part.
